To make sure as many people can reach this amazing story as possible, the HUNT FOR THE SKINWALKER graphic novel will be serialized in four single issue comic books and released in comic book stores worldwide before we collect and release the complete graphic novel in July of next year. In addition to your free digital edition of the graphic novel, if you reserved a copy of the graphic novel through this campaign, you will receive a free DRM-free PDF of each single issue comic book chapter on the same day it is released in comic book stores as part of our unlocked Stretch Goals. The digital edition will be delivered to you through BackerKit.
The first issue of HUNT FOR THE SKINWALKER will be released next Wednesday on September 6th. They will be open until August 30th at which point they will close and you will be charged for shipping. Be sure to keep an eye out for the email and if you don’t see it, feel free to contact us for any assistance.
Once you have access to the survey, you will be able to see what you ordered as well as what unlocked Stretch Goal items you qualified for. You will also be able to add-on additional items during the Survey period, so you can snag any books or collectibles that you may have missed during the campaign.
This is also an opportunity for you to update and provide the correct address for us to ship to. If you anticipate moving during this time or needing to ship it to a different location, provide that address now to avoid any issues with receiving things later.

Thank you, one and all, for a fabulous HUNT FOR THE SKINWALKER campaign. We’re thrilled to have over 500 investigators of the unknown join us in the hunt for the truth, and look forward to sharing with you progress of how the project is coming together in the weeks and months to come!
Today, we’re excited to reveal an initial sneak peek at Mondo illustrator Francesco Francavilla’s limited edition blacklight poster for HUNT FOR THE SKINWALKER, exclusive to this BOOM! DIRECT RESERVE campaign. Francesco has been kind enough to allow us to share with you his final design for the poster, which he is now working to bring to life in a hauntingly iconic final illustration.
If you are interested in adding the poster or upgrading your existing reserved order, you will be able to do so when we send out surveys. We anticipate sending out surveys around this time next month in July and we will send out an update before the surveys officially go out. During the surveys you will finalize your order information and shipping costs, along with paying for any Add-Ons and applicable sales tax. Your shipping costs will be billed closer to orders being fulfilled.
We’ve also launched our post-campaign pre-order store on BackerKit, where your fellow investigators of the unknown who missed the initial campaign here on Kickstarter can pre-order items made available during this campaign. However, it’s important to note that those customers will not be eligible to receive the free digital copies unlocked through our Stretch Goal during the campaign on Kickstarter. Those bonus digital items are strictly reserved for the amazing fans who participated in this active campaign on Kickstarter.
One important note: If you have already placed a reserved order through the campaign on Kickstarter and wish to add additional Add-Ons to your order, please wait until you receive your survey to add-on items. If you select items through our post-campaign pre-order store, it will create a separate order, which will be charged and shipped separately.
